Construction and Finishing of an Agricultural Guidance Center in Al-Yasati Village

Our company, Hamza Abbas Company, entered into a contract with the Agriculture and Irrigation Committee in Manbij city on August 28, 2023, to undertake the construction of an agricultural guidance center in Al-Yasati Village. The project was scheduled to be completed within a contractual period of 100 days. Allow me to provide you with a detailed account of the work we have successfully executed:

Firstly, we acquired the designated land for the construction of the center. With the assistance of a professional surveyor, we meticulously laid the foundations and reinforced the columns. Following this, we conducted excavations to the appropriate depths, ensuring adherence to the specified requirements. We proceeded to pour the necessary concrete, including cleanliness concrete and reinforced concrete, for the foundations, beams, columns, stairs, and reinforcement of the framework. This was done in strict accordance with the detailed structural plans and the quality standards set forth. Throughout the construction process, a committee comprising experienced engineers and technicians from our company and the Agriculture Committee collaborated closely, ensuring meticulous craftsmanship and adherence to high-quality standards.

Upon completion of the building’s structural elements, we embarked on the finishing phase. This encompassed the construction of block walls, plastering, painting, applying a traditional decorative plaster finish known as „terrazzo,“ tiling, ceramic installation, as well as the fitting of doors, windows, and other necessary fixtures. We diligently followed the technical specifications outlined in the contract, ensuring that the work was executed to the highest standards.

After the building was finished and the site was prepared, a formal handover process took place. A specialized acceptance committee, appointed by the Agriculture Committee, inspected the project to certify ist completion and compliance with the agreed-upon standards.
